According to a report published by 9to5mac, Apple might drop the basic 16 GB storage for its future iPhone and start at 32 GB. The information comes from an IHS Technology analyst, that posted this information on Chinese social media. IHS was right in the past, the latest accurate prediction being the iPhone SE.
This update will please many iPhone users, who are dissatisfied with the 16 GB storage option. Considering that the iPhone 6S features 4K video recording, a phone with 16GB is simply not enough. Therefore bigger storage will allow you to keep your favorite apps and videos, without the fear of running out of storage. By all means it’s not a big upgrade, but it’s a start.
