It was too good to be true. As people start receiving their iPhone 7, reports are coming in about hissing sound issue.
Stephen Heckett went a step further and recorded his experience with the hissing sound. Have a look at the below video and judge for yourself.
Apple’s A10 chip is responsible for this, and the noise appears to be coming from the back of the device near the Apple logo, that’s were the chip is. Not everyone experienced this, therefore it must be a hardware issue, which hopefully will be fixed by Apple soon. A word of advice : don’t buy the first batch phones after the release date, they always have some issues.
